Selection Process

The shortlist for the specified categories will be announced in August. The shortlist is determined by the African Business Awards Committee, comprised of the editorial team of African Business magazine. It also benefits from the expertise of leading organisations and industry figures with an in-depth knowledge of the African business landscape. Once the shortlist has been decided, nominees will be informed individually.

The entries of the shortlisted candidates will then be sent to the judges, who will select one winner from each category. The winners will be announced on the evening of the award ceremony.
